About

We are a grass-roots Unificationist organization geared towards the faith education of high school-aged students. Through the study of the Divine Principle as well as practicing these values and principles in our lives, our goal is to have every young person take ownership of their faith, beliefs, and values.

We have an unshakable faith in the power of the Divine Principle to transform and improve the lives of our young people — and through them, the world.

But none of this can happen without a foundation of a personal connection and understanding of God and True Parents through the Divine Principle. Through “Embodying Principles in Culture” (EPIC), we serve to provide opportunities to create this foundation.

Currently, we offer these opportunities through our 2-week long summer program. We are also currently developing and designing mini-weekend DP workshops for the NY/NJ area as well as a year-long local Divine Principle study group program open to anyone. If you’d like to support these initiatives, please click on the “Donate” tab.

More on the summer program...
The purpose of the EPIC summer program is to build a personal connection with the Divine Principle and True Parents through group discussions, lectures, stories and input from our workshop parents, and practice in faith-sharing. In addition to deepening our understanding of the Divine Principle, we will also be bonding with our brothers and sisters, experiencing God through the joy of activities, nature, and music, and creating a total experience that aims to inspire and remain with us when we leave to go back home.

More on the study groups…
A relationship of faith takes more than just a summer program. We are currently developing and working to fund study groups that will allow high schoolers to come together, connect with their brothers and sisters, and continue to study the Divine Principle weekly throughout the year. Our vision is to create an environment of connection, accountability, and depth. We are designing a series of a "Cafe DP Study Groups," where students will be able to meet at a local cafe or another casual location, enjoy a beverage together, and dive into the Divine Principle. We are also committed to serving those who are in remote locations and not around a local community through an online meetup group. Go to the "Resources" tab to sign up.

We are also in the midst of designing and supporting weekend mini-workshops for the NY/NJ area. Please stay tuned for more.

Testimonies

"This was the first time I ever went to such a workshop. I can't stress on how grateful I am for such an amazing experience! We not only learned about the DP, we also learned how to give lectures! My family studies at home for Hoon Dok Hae, but I was exposed not only to a different style of teaching at the workshop, I also was exposed to such a wonderful atmosphere and it really gets you thinking, 'If only everyone were to really re-think about the way they're leading their lives and if everyone was united under True Parent's, then imagine what world we would be living in'! The world isn't as nice as we think. But love always surpasses boundaries. This is what I got from the EPIC workshop. Thank you God, and True Parents."
Kim Izumi, first year EPIC participant
